James founded Personas Consulting in April 2021, leveraging over two decades of experience in Tech and Digital recruitment. His career trajectory began at Monarch Recruitment, where he ascended to the role of Sales Manager during his six-year tenure. In 2007, James joined the Rethink Group, taking charge of Perm Recruitment in the Midlands. Over the course of 13 years, he played pivotal roles in leading and developing major accounts, ultimately reaching the position of Regional Director in 2019

Throughout his extensive career, James has delivered both permanent and contract resources to diverse clients across various industries. His hands-on experience extended to working on customer sites as an Account Manager, seamlessly integrating with HR/Talent functions.

Since founding Personas Consulting. As an owner/operator, he has combined contingent placements of permanent and contract workers with serving as a Talent Partner to other organisations providing Resourcing Services on a Statement of Work basis to Recruitment and outsourcing businesses facing spikes in vacancies. His strategic approach and wealth of experience make James a respected figure in the recruitment and consulting landscape.
